Amanda Seykora

Physical Therapist Assistant

Education:
In December of 2003, Amanda graduated from Riverland Community College with her Associates degree and then in May of 2006 she graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program at Anoka/Ramsey Community College.

Experience:  
Amanda has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic clinic, acute care, outpatient pediatrics and pool therapy.  Amanda has specialized training at Gillette’s Children Hospital working with kids with cerebral palsy and torticollis in the pool for strengthening and stretching.  She has taken intensive coursework in chronic pain through treatment techniques utilizing strengthening, stretching, and kinesiotape. Amanda enjoys the aquatic physical therapy program to help treat orthopedic, post-surgical, and pediatric patients.

Interests:
Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She enjoys spending time outdoors waterskiing, tubing, fishing and watching softball games.  She enjoys spending time with her family and younger cousins.
